Thank you for your uncompromising truth concerning tithing. I have mailed you before, since then I have left my church, reason being, it became difficult to sit and listen to false teaching. (Please, I am not bad mouthing anyone.) I am now using my money and more in a street ministry feeding the homeless. Believe me, I now know hat it is to be a cheerful giver! This will free so many people because I was a tither myself. There were times when I will ask myself, when are these windows of heaven going to open? Until then I will do this tithing thing because I believed so much in the Malachi scripture and I did it with all my heart believing that one day heaven’s windows will open. Always when reality knocked I would say it is the devil trying to steal or derail me from obeying GOD. We are told that when we are not tithing, we are disobeying GOD. Since I have stopped tithing, I feel liberated, because I do not feel any sense of guilt, and the more I see and understand the GRACE of GOD in my life. Having established the truth I am now heralding the Gospel of Non tithing and preaching New Covenant Grace and Love of God to the community. I do this without fear or favour and it has been evident that I am being opposed by the same ‘known brethren’ who claim to work for God, but still refreshing and/or substituting Israel with Today’s Church. I am no longer doing to ease or comfort friends, families, colleagues etc, but for the Glory of God. I have been searching for people like you in South Africa.
